A visionary leader with over two decades of expertise in AAC manufacturing, Ghosson Al-Khaled has played a pivotal role in transforming the industry. As former Deputy CEO of ACICO Industries, she managed operations across multiple countries, spearheaded AAC expansion, and drove innovation in sustainable building solutions. Her expertise in business strategy, large-scale industrial operations, and investment makes her a key figure in bringing AAC technology to the forefront of California’s reconstruction efforts.
Angelo Coduto
Co-Founder & Director of Technical Services, Manufacturing Plant Procurement & Operations Logistics
With over 26 years of experience in the AAC industry, Angelo Coduto has been instrumental in developing and expanding AAC manufacturing in the U.S. His leadership in launching major AAC companies and writing national design standards has helped establish AAC as a premier building material. As a founding member of the AACPA and a leader in ASTM material standards, Angelo brings extensive expertise in manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and construction using AAC.
